We suggest that you contact your insurance company before scheduling your initial appointment to verify your network benefits.  You may have deductibles to meet, co-payments or co-insurance, or limitations or restrictions on the number of sessions covered or the types of services provided, which may affect your expected financial contribution during treatment.  All co-payments are due at the time of service.  Fees for services are electronically processed and services not covered by your insurance company will be billed or charged to your credit card on file.
